Common Questions

How much can I borrow?

Realistically, anywhere from £5,000 to several million. The amount depends on your turnover, profitability, time trading, credit profile, and what assets you have available. Clear expectations will be set from the start.

How quickly can I get the cash?

It depends on the type of finance and your circumstances. Same day is possible for unsecured finance, but not the norm. Please share your deadlines when getting in touch.

I'm a start-up. Can I still apply?

We need to see at least three months of consistent trading, or a property to secure against, either yours or from a guarantor.

Can I get finance with adverse credit?

CCJs, arrears, and defaults aren’t necessarily a deal-breaker. However, it depends on the level of adverse and what caused it. The more significant the credit issues, the stronger your business or asset position needs to be.

If you’re unsure where you stand, pull a recent report from CheckMyFile or Experian before getting in touch. If you’ve paid off any adverse in the past, let us know, as it doesn’t always show as settled on your file.
